Multi-Activities:
There is an array of recreational activities throughout the area catering for a vast range of sporting and leisure interests - clay pigeon shooting, bird wathing, canoeing, equestrian, farming experience, gold panning, golfing, health farms, heritage tours, motorcycling, microlight flying and parachuting and traditional turf cutting.

Clay Pigeon Shooting: Collow Quarry Shoot (CQS) is positioned on a glorious setting at a historic Farm (Haughey Farm), on the An Creagan Estate, at the foothills of the Sperrin Mountains. Clay pigeon shooting at CQS allows you to not only enjoy some of the most picturesque countryside in one of Northern Ireland's least discovered Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, but also to experience the adrenalin rush of seeing your clay pigeons disappear to dust as you engage in an activity that not only sharpens the senses but tests your reactive powers.

Our staff are experienced shooters and are always by your side. They help with every shot, guaranteeing your personal success. Clay Pigeon Shooting is enjoyed by Men, Women and Juniors, in fact anyone who likes the challenge of a fun sport all year round.

Walking: The area is well renowned for the diversity of the land - the peaks of the Sperrins meet the winding rivers of the valleys making it a great place to explore on foot. The wide scatter of villages and small towns across the area mean that forest trails, mountain hikes and pleasant strolls in country parks are literally on the doorstep.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cycling: The small and quiet nature of the roads that thread their way through the heather clad hills of the local area are perfect for exploration by bike. Cycling opportunities are in abundance with a range of local cycling routes and trials, both on and off road. Many of the routes are deisgned to allow you the visitor to explore the many visitor attractions or sites of interest along the way.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Angling: Is one of the main local sports. The region has three main river catchments (Lough Bradan, Foyle and Lower Bann) which provide plenty of opportunities for the game and coarse angler.
